Service Availability: While we strive to ensure that all services are available as advertised, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen events. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings if necessary.
Vehicle Substitution: In the rare event that the selected vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances, we may provide a substitute vehicle of equal or higher standard. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Liability: We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the service. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all personal items are removed upon departure.
Conduct and Safety: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures their safety and the safety of others. We reserve the right to terminate the service if any passenger engages in illegal activities or behavior that jeopardizes safety.
Damages: Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the service will be the responsibility of the individual(s) who caused the damage. Costs for repairs will be billed accordingly.
Timeliness: While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals and departures, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled service for a full refund. Any cancellations made before the 24 hour time frame will be charged 50% of the initial fare.
Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol and smoking is prohibited in our vehicles unless otherwise specified and pre-approved. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
Compliance with Local Laws: All services are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations. Passengers must adhere to these laws during the service.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these disclaimers and the terms of service at any time without prior notice.
